Awesome bolster pillow. I use this under my knees or between my knees at night, under my head while I watch tv, and behind my back in my office chair. I liked the first one so much that I went back and ordered another.

I bought this pillow to put under my legs when i lay on my back. It works great and takes the tension off my lower back. I also use it for a lumbar support when sitting at my desk or driving. I totally recommend this
